Does anyone know where to buy mandrel cuts in various angles?

I am looking to get 3" mandrel bent tubing for a project I am doing on my car. Also I will aluminized steel be easy to chrome later?

Summit and Jegs both sell mandrel bent tubing. I believe they have stainless and aluminized steel.
