Does anyone remember a Michigan based Stars/Stripes/Statue Libery paint job...

Does anyone remember a Michigan based Stars/Stripes/Statue Libery paint job on a Gen I Viper ? Primary color of hood was GTS Blue with a large Statue of Liberty on the hood. The rear half had red and white curving ("flowing") stripes as on our flag. Large white stars were scattered on sides of hood.

A friend is interested in locating this Viper.
