Hopefully I can figure out this road racing.... First of all I know how race in a straight line, but I don't understand why they put curves in a race track, heeee heeee. But seriously, I am going early in the morning to Sebring to race with a few buddies.I need a few pointers.

I assume you race with windows down, since I have a R/T 10 would I take out back glass?

I have a rear wing, approximately how much do I adjust it?

Any other tips you can help a newbie with ,I would appreciate it. I know not to drive in the grass or gravel or into walls.

Thanks in advance....

if you're running with the top off defently take the rear window out. If you're leaving the top on it's up to you and the track officials if you take it out or not. Don't know anything about the wing though, don't have one. You probably won't need to worry about it. Most wings don't factor into the game much until you get up to higher speeds and giving it's your first track day, I'm guessing you probably won't be pushing the envelope of the car to much.

Ward first thing is you take the skinnies off the front!! It really helps your entry into the corner.

A few suggestions for homestead/miami in 3 weeks:

1) Put the swaybar back on

2) Dont try to drag race me down the back staight away again at 140mph, with track officials watching.

3) check tire pressure and oil at each rest.

4) The blue flag does not mean its lunch time.

5) The black flag is not suppose to be used for cleaning your car.

6) Dont ride with Chuck Babel first thing in the morning on empty stomach with only gatorade. I had a upset stomach all day. Chuck, next time buy me breakfast first.

7) Stay out of the the kitty litter, unlike a few of the dirt sidewinders we saw that day.

I would do a driving school, www.viperdays.com is great but any will do, at the Viperdays I got hooked, you still race against a clock but it your clock,,, if vipersdays is close by, its worth the money and to learn your car at speed.

A must do

Enjoy and tells what you did.OK!!!!!!!!
