So I had to remove the passanger side hood grill due to oxidation. I cleaned it up and repainted it with some quality stuff and all was going well until I had to screw it back on. The screw most medial was difficult to get back in. Now I have 3 screws that are dropped down into the void of the hood itself. I've tried a pen magnet which isn't flexible enough to get them. I even tried a stronger magnet trying to shimmying them up from the out side and they seem to get caught on something. Does anyone have an idea how to get them out?

I dropped one down there once. I used a magnetic stud finder (very strong rare earth magnet) to move it from the outside into a position to be grabbed using a telescoping magnetic pick up tool.
