DTC ERROR CODE J2012

MANIFOLD PRESSURE SENSOR INPUT ABOVE MAXIUMU ACCEPTABLE VOLTAGE

24 MAP/BARO CIRCUIT HIGH INPUT

I just got this error. Anyone encountered this error on their car?

Nobody has ever seen this error? I need to get a 2000 service manual. Anybody with a 2000 sm that can look up what the range for voltage on the mps is?

Is that all it gave you? J2012 and the number 24? No P0xxx code?

As far as I know J2012 is SAE J2012 which is the SAE standard for OBD-II codes.

At any rate, P0108 is the code that matches the DTC description. Has to do with the MAP sensor input voltage being too high. My guess is either the sensor is on the fritz or the power to it is larger than 5V. Never had that code before myself.
