DTC P0315 Crank Sensor not learned.

I have checked all the wiring, replaced both the Crank and Cam sensor, done the relearn process and the 2 will sync for a short time and car runs fine for a couple of days and then I get the P0315 DTC again. There are o other codes that come up with it. Does anyone have any suggestions, this is getting very frustrating.
