ok dudes, took my car this morning to shop. she never left my sight. in fact, i was w/ technician on shop floor the whole time. i expressed my concerns again to tech about low clearance & valhalla's dilemma. good f'n thing. when tech tried to get car on ramp, he was going extra extra slow & it appeared as though there would be enough clearance but within a few inches of the ramp, it was downright obvious that the bottom fascia would've

DEFINITELY

grabbed the lip of the ramp. Having seen that, in my non-professional opinion, I can certainly see that the damage to valhalla's snake COULD have been caused by a spirited attempt to get car on ramp. bottom part of fascia could've grabbed & impacted up into the hood & thus buckling it out. next he tried getting car on traditional lift w/ arms & still not enough clearance. finally had to resort to stacking cardboard boxes & putting under all four wheels to gain enough clearance to get lift arms under. don't know how you dudes w/ lowered vipers do it.
anyways, thought i'd post & say thx to valhalla. he saved my viper's life.

keep us posted.
