I have taken my VEC 1 off the Viper and it's ready to go to a new home. I have not even used it and it was installed in the car for one year. The settings were always at 0/0. It comes with the A/F meter, dialer and wiring needed for install. You can get a new instruction booklet from Roe direcly (he can fax it to you or send via snail mail).
