Fuel pressure relief valve

So, like I said in a previous post, I've been working on my cooling system, I have the manifold off, and was planning to swap to a 3 rib from the 4 rib intake on my car. Right now I have both manifolds sitting on my workbench. The 3 rib came to me with the fuel pressure relief valve broken off basically flush with the surface of the intake. When I tried to remove the one on my 4 rib intake it broke in the exact same spot. I wanted to replace it because the seals were cracking and I was worried about it failing.

Anyhow, anyone else had this problem? I'm thinking I'll run to Sears and get a removal tool set. I was also thinking I'll warm the intake with a heat gun to hopefully help release the broken piece.

any suggestions?

Removal tool is your best bet.

That is the test port, its simply a schrader valve
