'Fuel pump booster'- in the case of the Viper, generally refers to a control
box that supplies a higher voltage to the fuel pump motor - to boost output.
If you're thinking of adding another pump, plumbed in series with yours; do a search, for any practical benefit, you would have to install a regulator and separate return line.
