My differential recently went out. Looking for a used setup with 3.55 gears already installed. My car is a 2006. I have been told a Gen 4 would be better. Thanks for any help/leads.

I have gotten a few *** with questions about my diff, it was built at Woodhouse by Mark Jorgensen and the price for the complete unit (built with a used Gen III case-same case as Gen IV) was $4998. It has about 5000 miles on it, mostly lapping days which is not abusive to the diff. I feel it works better than new bcz it is broke in. Works great and is smooth as butter. I feel it can easily handle the 700 HP of my car.

Here is the hardest duty the diff has seen..judge for yourself: https://youtu.be/m1_je8gD5BA

Hi Netapp,
Are you still looking for a differential? I have a factory spare from a Gen IV. (GKN Visco-Lok speed-sensing limited-slip differential) Thanks.
