Gen3 V10 in a GTS?

I think its been asked before but the search button couldn't help me out - will an SRT engine bolt into a gen1/2 or is there major reconstruction involved?

Just my opinion. It should "fit" no problem. I would think that all its sensors and computer items would need to be transplanted along with the engine. Everything else - engine mounts, trans connection, and exhaust manifolds should be the same, or atleast close enough to be reasonably do-able.
