What does he mean by "used chrome"?

Did he try and chrome them and it just didn't turn out very good? If you look at the single tire picture it does look a little splochy (sic)

I take it as they are cloudy/scratched and light curb rashed maybe even wrong cleaner used.I think this is to protect him if bidder complains about wheels.Being "cloudy"

Yes they fit a Gen II and it looks like every wheel has been curbed from the description and that the chrome is either peeling , bubbling or hazed. A chrome shop could fix the curbing and rechrome them probably for around $1,000 Still not a bad price on them!

If they aren't chromed and just have curb rash, they can be fixed for $100 a piece at many places.
