Got mine too. Pretty good issue. I think the Paxton install could have been a little more detailed. But good over all.

Bruce, you didn't see the new VaraRam airbox on page 32? I went to their website, but couldn't see a link to their "Ultimate induction system for your Dodge Viper".. It looks small and narrow with less post filter volume than OEM. That narrow inlet looks like it's restricted to only getting air from the NACA duct. Last year over a 2 week period I spent way too many hours blocking off the OEM airbox entrance adjacent to the NACA duct because I was convinced the NACA duct was large enough to feed the engine. On the first test drive I could feel the engine starting to run out of breath around 5000rpm! Not good. Another test I did showed the NACA duct backflowing air below 50mph! IMHO any system using only the NACA duct for air inlet just isn't going to provide enough air.

I agree. That thing looked more like a constrictor than a help.

Got mine yesterday. I think the Paxton coverage could have been much better but I believe there is a space limitation. Some good articles but I thought the V10 Nat's coverage was written poorly.

I read the VaraRam article too and it was confusing. It sort of implied that there was more than one setup than the picture. Strange.

You didn't miss much. Herb was telling everybody to contact their Viper tech. And there is a story of some refugee chick with a Viper, tiger, wolves and a machine gun. Oh, and did I mention some Dodge Magnum marketing. LOL.
