What a better way to keep prices down on Viper parts (hot topic it seems uh?)than to post where the deals are coming from so....

I purchased the new Borla cat back system (sounds great by the way) for my new ACR about 2 weeks ago for...

775.00 Shipped

Borla part #BOR140049

from...

BTperformance
4014 Honey Oaks
Seabrook Texas, 77586

Trent Blevins

He said they have been in business for about 2 years.

They were hundreds less than any one else.

thanks for posting the info Toby. I just hope some vendor doesn't call Borla and start bitchin' about how low this guy is selling this system. ooops, did I say that out loud. :D

Toby - anything specific you can comment on your setup? Is it deep sounding vs Corsa and hopefully louder? How is resonance? SOTP improvment? Thanks

The system has a wonderful low bass rumble at idle, sorta quiet while cruising and nice a throaty blast under excel. It's not a set up for the grandpa types wanting to hear classical music at 70 MPH.

I am going record some sound clips and pics in the next week or two so look for the links.(at VA as they will host multimedia clips)

I installed Roe high flow cats as well (nice product and I enjoy dealing with them) so it may be a bit louder than with stock cats.

I do get a fair amount of pops and gurgles when I let off the gas too. (sounds sweet)

Toby,

Please post a picture of the tips. I was going to order one, but I didn't like the look of the tips. (A pipe within a pipe)

Thanks,

John

Is there any drone with this new 4 muffler Borla system? The previous 2 muffler system tended to drone quite a bit.

Sean Roe told me that drone is not an issue if you use an x-pipe with the new Borla. Did you install and X or H pipe?

Opened up my Borlas on KY speedway recently and the sound was way to my liking. Downshifting on turn three at 100 and pouring the coal to it made the earth shudder.
Like the Borla system.

GraphiteGTS - is that with the new system or the old system? I am hoping the new system will be just as loud under WOT with less resonance during cruise.
