Was thinking about getting akit for a 98. I do alot of night driving. In our area we have a constant problem with deer and bingo grannies. I haven`t seen any discussions about these systems. ARE they effective, are they too bright for on comming traffic, do you get good life out of the bulbs, Iv`e tried others and have`d short bulb life. Are they going to be too bright for the law, or is this a race track item only?
