WTB Gen V Stock End Caps Kit

My gen v viper has these lowering caps installed by its previous owner.

It's giving me a hard time to find new tires as the only tires that fit this mod are 295 25 R19 Kumho Ecsta ACR for front, and I've been searching for them for the past 2 weeks.

Can anyone source me to end caps that bring back the original OEM height - this way I'll be able to at least fit the 295 30 R19 tires that are available in the market OR I’d also be interested in a brand new set of Kumho Ecsta ACR tires. Front: 295 25 R19
