The strawberries were their idea. I was TOTALLY focussed on the PRICE! If they came up with horsemeat tartare and the price was $25 pp everything included.... I probably would have said fine. LOL

I'm probably overreacting a bit to those of the opinion that our club events were way too expensive...but most everyone SEEMS to be happiest with a nice drive and destination, rather than an exotic and expensive meal. Always open to suggestions if I'm reading things incorrecly.

Scott, you hit it right on. The drives are always great and the food is not bad. Personally, we can do a nice resturant dinner but it is not necessary for a weekend get together. Speaking of which, would anyone be interested in dinner at a place I know in NYC one night? I will make a thread.

Great idea tiger. I like to take the club one night when I get back from Greece to my friends Italian resteraunt. Great food and also a Viper owner.You guys will love it. You will love the bracholees.
