Harness intstallation....

I have an 09 ACR and will be installing a Teamtech or Simpson 6 pt camlock harness...I'm assuming with the ACR they will just clip in....How difficult is it to install and do directions usually come with the harness?....just doing a quick look as there is not much room to maneuver to get your hands or tools along the sides of the seats....thanks....
