<FONT face="Comic Sans MS">After installing my new Xenon system, I decided to align the headlights. What I found was that the left high beam was way high and left relative to the right side and relative to other vehicles. I find no mention in the manual of the ability to adjust the high beam independently of the low beam. Does any one know if the high beam can be adjusted by itself?

Thanks

Ron,

I believe that both the high and low beam lights in each pod move with the same adjuster. The hex screws are either 4 or 5mm. One is for vertical, the other is for horizontal.

This is a sealed-in adjustment and would require taking the lamp enclosure apart. I just did it to my Audi S4 and it required breaking some epoxy seals. I have not tried it on the Viper but it looks like the plastic assembly is ultrasonically welded together. Disassembly would require some very careful prying and maybe grinding with a Dremel tool. I found a lot of blue haze inside the Audi enclosure, including the projector lens and have noticed that the Viper is gradually doing the same. This cuts down on the emitted light tremendously and should be cleaned. If anybody can get their hands on a damaged or discarded unit, it would be fun to try and open it and come up with a cleaning and adjusting procedure. Does anybody have one to give up?
