Just broke off 2 wheel studs. Anyone know how to replace as I doubt I can find a dealer until Wednesday.

I had one replaced that broke. Although I didn't do the replacement myself, I was told from my Viper tech that it was an easy fix. The studs are speciality parts, however, and are different for the front and the rear. Not much help, I know.

Just took off the hub and will pound the studs out on a vise. Guess there was no easy way. Oh well, a lesson for starting the nuts a bit further.

Sorry I can't be more helpful. From service manual -

WHEEL MOUNTING STUDS ·
FRONT

REMOVAL

NOTE: Review all Warnings and Cautions. (Refer to
2-SUSPENSION -WARNING)

CAUTION: If a wheel mounting stud needs to be
replaced in the hub and bearing assembly, DO NOT
hammer it out of the hub flange. If a stud is
removed by hammering it out of the bearing flange,
damage to the hub and bearing assembly can
occur, leading to premature bearing failure. Please

use the following p!'fcedure.

(1) Remove the front hub and bearing assembly.
(Refer to 2 -SUSPENSIONIFRONTIHUB / BEARING
-REMOVAL)
(2) If possible. install a standard type wheel
mounting nut on the wheel stud to be removed just
far enough so the threads on the outer end of the nut
are even with outer end of the stud (Fig. 27).
(3) Install Remover. Special Tool C-4150A, on the
hub/bearing flange and wheel stud as shown (Fig.

through rear of hub/bearing flange. Install a stack of
washers approximately 1/2 inch (13 mm) thick on the
ZB

stud, then install a standard type wheel mounting
nut with its flat side toward the washers (Fig. 28).

Yep, that is about what I did. Except I hammered the studs out with the hub in a vise and the bearing unloaded. And there was no reason to remove the ABS sensor. Good as new again now.

before I did that I would go and use someones press if you can not get the proper tool. Or take the hub to the dealer.
