Help needed in setting up a non-taxable fund in Brian\'s name.

I know some of you are accounting experts.

The N.CA. VCA Region wants to set-up a Skip Barber scholarship fund in Brian Angen's name.

We need advice on how to setup the account without the IRS taxing it.

I'm not sure how to set it up but I would like to be one of the first to donate to the fund. Count me in on a $500 donation.
