My 2002 GTS Graphite w/silver stripes had the bumper damaged when I had it shipped enclosed...shipping company was reputable...Winston Cup race car broke strap and taped the back end...no big deal, but car was completely original...MY PROBLEM...strips on bumper look a little darker than the stripes above on deck wing from about 10 feet away...right up on it you can't tell...is it the angle??? I've seen other silver stripes on the red and it has the same phenomena...anyone know if this is normal??? The body shop guy said it was...Thanks!!!

not uncommon for stripes or any paint to look different on plastic bumpers. Go look at new cars on the lot, the right angle, they look different color. Had it happen to total repaints with same batch of paint. Plastic bumpers ****.
