Northwind tops sould work with all factory tops...... It sound sto me as if you are installing a factory double bubble hadtop on an Chapter one car, and not removing the sport pad? Something sounds funny....

Autoform top and windows go together as a set do to the curved shape of the top window edge......

Please advise what brand of hardtop you have. I think I'm
buying in the near future, and don't want a problem.
I'm sure I will be buying the same brand of hardtop and
windows though, maybe that's the solution ?

I bought the Northwind sliding windows.I have a 95 with a factory double bubble top,I could never get them to fit with the hard top, they fit good with no top,or the soft top.Everyone at Northwind was great very professional.I even sent them back so they could test fit them on their own 95,which they did and sent them back to me.The bummer was they still did't fit,The front corner on the top and the window was so tight, the top being to low or the window to high even with every adjustment,it was putting to much stress on my door.I even had all my buds over to see if they could see or do something different that i might of missed.Long story short I sent them back
