Help with O2 sensor location & problem

My OBDII code reader is giving me the following code:

P0152 O2 SENSOR CIRCUIT HIGH VOLTS (BANK 2 SENSOR 1)

My service manual has not arrived yet, and I do not know which sensor this is.

Any input on the location and what will repair this part/code would be appreciated. Thanks.

Passenger side exhaust, front o2 sensor. Does it come back after a reset ?

Tony,

Yes, the check engine light will come back within 15 minutes of driving after a reset. The car seems to hesitate a little after pressing the gas pedal when this error code is present.
