The first owner of my '94 elected to remove the sun visors. He gave them to me when I bought the car, but failed to explain why he'd removed them. Today, after I'd removed my hardtop, I decided to reinstall them. Now I know why they're not there.
The inboard shaft on both visors will only rotate one way. That means that I can lower them, but can't bring them back up. I've put them in a vise and, using the shaft of a small screwdriver to apply torque, am still unable to rotate the shaft in one direction.
Has anyone alse had this problem and, if so, what should I do now?????
