Even if you get a clean Carfax report, you should still have a body shop go over the car. I worked for a dealership that had a BMW M3 come in on trade, and the Carfax was clean, but after the body shop inspected it, we found out the entire front end was "new"!

Yeah, I know... but I really don't care if the car is fixed right. Hell, on a 5 yr old car, if I get a new front end and paint.... ***, I'll take it.
