How can I identify a B+B exhaust?

I found a B+B exhaust for sale, so they say. How can I tell if that is what it is? It is a 2 muffler, right behind where the cats are/was. The only thing that throws me is that it isnt a X-pipe design in the rear and I thought B+B's was. Any help? TIA

B&B does have a true X-pipe. Perhaps their first design didn't, but I've never heard that. Anything's possible I guess.

Easy: it will be all discolored blue from the heat and when you go to put it on it won't fit very well.

Early B&B setups didn't have the X pipe.

Early B&B's didn't have the x pipe. It could be a B&B, but I wouldn't get anything other than what Neil has shown you above.

I have the X pipe B&B exhaust in my ACR. The chrome tips looked good when new but turned gold color because of heat. I like the Corsa or Borla tips more. It does sound good however. Good luck!

My B&B exhaust is about a year old and the tips are still holding strong.
