How difficult is it to change-out control arm bushings?

I haven't done it yet, but will shortly because the lower bushings are taking a set and my cams are not symmetrical from side-to-side. If you've decided to move away from stock bushings, you ought to go ahead and move to Delrin or uniballs. For a vehicle that spends most of its time on the street, I strongly recommend using the OEM bushings.

As with most things, ease or difficulty of performing this operation has an awful lot to do with the tools you have available and your level of mechanical inclination. The factory service tools have a really nice puller to do the job. To do all of them would require a reasonably competent mechanic the better part of a day. A really good tech can probably knock the job out in 1/2 day. Then, you have to ge the car aligned again.
