How Many GTS\'s were made?

I am sure it is somewhere in the forum archives, but I could not find it in a search? Does anyone know how many GTS's were made? and how many are USA Vs. Export?

er uh..... what year or as JonB would say "it's the year that matters" or do you mean since the first one rolled out?
