how much is my viper worth? car has 32K miles, Roe SC, B&B Headers and Cat Back, jesel Rockers, HD half shafts, Venzano. Car has minor marks on the usual places like lower bumper. car was in accident and front left rail and rear left rail on chasis barely nipped. no carfax report or salvage. car goes straight and runs strong. would i be able to get say $55K? $17K in up grades and mods not incl labor. i know i'll get bashed and thought i get a rough idea on what to expect. thanks :usa:

Don't. There's nothing like a GenI/II RT/10, even less than nothing when it's yellow :p

Depends on how badly you want to part with it. There have been some of the "faster" cars out there go for 90k... but you need to find the right buyer. 50k would probably move pretty fast. 55k, maybe. There is always e-bay... but if you do e-bay, make sure you post a dyno sheet with it too. Actually, since the weather is cold out, go re-dyno it and then post _that_ dyno sheet... it'll look better and the car will run stronger.

Good luck!

It is a 2001 ?? Do you have all the stock parts, intake, all exhaust, rockers, shafts etc ? Need more more info on the accident, what was replaced, painted etc ? Makes a big difference.

I was also looking for an interior shot......but I keep getting stuck on something else :D

D - don't matter what you get, just make sure you get the camera mounted okay for next year's 9-11 run.

I think you should sell. You never seemed to happy with the car after the crash.

But yellow 05? I'd hold off a little while longer, sounds like you are settling. What about a 03-04 GT-40?

yeah, guess it was a mental thing not being happy cause i know it was hit and wasnt going straight and car was all over the road. now that tator aligned it and put that tie end rod in there which the body shop forgot to put in. car runs straight and goes good and happy with it. just want something different i guess

I love the car but not having a top that can be put up or down in the summer really takes away from the car. I will be getting something else soon.

There's plenty of places to put a FREE ad. Aim high, see what happens..

I would say at least $55K, but maybe that's just because Vipers on west coast seem to net more $$$. If anything you could probably put it back to stock and sell everything seperately. Probably get more that way. (First dibs on the supercharger!)

Listen I hope D gets 55 like hes asking but I dont think he will simply because I have had mine up on the vca for 55-65K on classifieds and Dupont for over 3 months now and mine is a dlm car with over 50G invested in there and the only calls I have got were by tire kickers low balling..he may get what he wants but will have to be patient like I am...

Usually, the going rate for mods is about 30 cents on the dollar. Sometimes you can't even get that and it is more like 20 cents. There is no question; you could get more putting it back to stock. If you need a hand let me know.

Hey Blue:

How many miles you got on the car now? I did not see you at Ferretti's Christmas party this year.

Dimitrios...

As of yesterday afternoon I can slightly relate to your accident from own experience, and I can tell ya... the feeling wouldn't go away if you buy a new Viper. It's your very own SOUL that was damaged too along with your car, and if you buy a new one you will always keep the bad memory from the past.
It's no solution/medicine to the cure man :( ...
