Most people will say 30k miles is high. Probably high 40s, maybe low 50s if you're lucky.

48 - 50k. Has it had Arrow rebuild ? If so you could use the rebuild to your mileage advantage and maybe get a little over 50.

Gerald...after meeting w/ Heffner last thurs....I finally realized that CAST PISTONS **** !! and rather than pull the motor...I may go "old School"....I have always loved the Blue w/ white stripe GTS's...Its also Monday Gerald...I can change my mind on a hour-to-hour basis...
