Yes, you must remove the head. Intake, then head, then lifter. new intake gaskets, new head gasket.

Correct. You need to pull the heads to get to the lifters. However, if you dont want to have to deal with that BS again, we offer a set of replacement head gaskets [better than OEM] that will allow future lifter changes [and thus cam swaps as well] WITHOUT having to remove the heads. A 1/4" drive with a swivel socket at the end is all that is needed to remove the dogbones, and the lifers can then be pulled through the revised gaskets with a magnet... all for about the same price as Mopar gaskets.
