B&B made the Stainless Steel TRI-Y headers for SVP. They are the same unit.
Jerry Scott has these headers and some great install tips on them.

Nadine just went through an install on these and may have some good tips also. Jerry and Nadine are in the link below

B&B also makes a 5 into 1 Viper header.

Why didn't you buy the B&B headers ? They are a tri-y design.

1. whats the best header gaskets to use?
--> I would call the manufacturer of the Headérs.
2. use the stock header bolts? or aftermarket?
--> ARP, ok, or other bolt similar to stock as long as the heads fit and that they have the same strength.
3. should I use anti-seize on the header bolts?
--> Yes, copper or silver paste.
4. what is a good sequence for removing old exhaust and installing new one?
--> If you mean gaskets, I use stripper that does'nt affect the aluminum. Gently brush, dont let it drip.
5. the shape of the "D" ports are not quite what I expected from
such an expensive header. There is weld/**** that looks like it might obstruct flow. Should I use the dremel tool and clean them up?
--> Depends on how much it is, make sure that you don't dig to deep.
6. what other ?'s should I be asking?
--> Re-tightening after a couple of hours...good advice.
