I am ready to purchase a 2001 RT/10 and I got a real kick in the butt when my insurance company (The Chubb Group) said that it would be almost $300 a month. I am 29 with a spotless driving record and I just got rid of my 2000 Vette conv. which ran $120 a month. Please, someone recommend an insurance company that could better my situation, thanks.

Try state farm, I just bought a 95 RT-10 and I am only paying $780 a year. I had the same problem with my current company travelers.
I do not know if you are married or not but, if you are you can figure on about 40% cheaper rates. Dont ask me why!

I just got a 2001 RT/10 on Friday. I pay $1210 a year for 250/500 coverage. THIS IS ACTUALLY LOWER THAN THE COST TO ENSURE MY EXPLORER!! However, I also ensure my truck and house with the same company. I use State Farm. My agents number is (847) 729-0047 (in illinois but I'm sure he can sell any where)

You might want to try AMICA in Ann Arbor. They are at 1-800-242-6422 should get you to the Ann Arbor office (it rings at the closest AMICA office to your location). Take a look in Consumers Reports about insurance companies and see who is always rated at the top for customer satisfaction, you will always find AMICA there! They may not be the cheapest, but their service is tops!
