Instructions on heads/cam removal/install?

Does anyone have instructions or a link on how to remove the heads/cam? I already found the link from Arrow on how to remove/install the Mopar Viper Performance Upgrade Kit, but another instruction manual wouldn't hurt...plus that manual didn't include anything about the cam. I plan on putting my car back to stock over the long weekend and any help would be appreciated.

No service manual? Ebay has a digital copy for $20 or so, might be worth picking up.
