Ok, I called Dodge's customer service today to see if I could validate that a local 5 Star Dealer had Viper techs on staff - without telling them the conversation I had with the dealer yesterday they were able to validate the number of Viper techs that the dealer had on staff (and confirmed in my conversation with the service manager). Do you think this was a lucky guess or accurate customer service? I work for GMAC (dont tell anyone I own a Viper) and I know the local GMAC branches could tell me where GM Master Mechanics worked and which dealers had good and bad service experiences. What do you think?
