What can you say about Jon that has not been said before? Today JonB helped me in a way that my borther would not do.
He definately did me a big favor. If you called today in the late afternoon & Jon did not answer it was becase of me....Here is how the story goes....

Last week i was rummaging thru some boxes. I came across an old Matchbox Collection. I found a Dodge A100 Pickup...You know the one that looks like a cross between a Van & a Pickup??

I emailed Jon & also called him. I told him the story, and that there was 1 in his hometown (that i could not pronounce) for sale. What are the Chances??? I asked if he could help out...The only stipulation was "i can't do it on a Monday" Are Mondays a Bad Day??? Do you save Mondays to be Short on the Phone??? Only kidding. I have never had a problem purchasing parts or asking questions.

Jon agreed to meet the seller, take care of the paperwork, and also store this for me until i can find a transporter. JonB you are a great friend, business associate, and all around great person that deserves great things out of life.

HEY FRANK ! You left out the part where I PAID THE GUY a 3" *** OF CASH for you !!
The good news is, it runs great, looks great, all electrics work, and it's parked next to its distant cousin, my 96 GTS. A 40-year anachronism parked in my garage.

The BAD news is, seller signed a BLANK title, and I just may have to KEEP this beast! It would make a great parts-hauler for my already Blue-White "Fleet" dontcha think? Yeah, thats it...... the MUDSLIDE took it away Frank, it is GONE...........

I can just see this now. Jon your in the bank with the Branch Manager, telling him that you need a 3" *** of Cash to give to the very Large fellow on you left...The Teller counts it with a Counter, then counts again in front of the very large guy to your left, then he decides that he wants to count it again himself just to make sure its right...your lucky it was the correct amount otherwise you might be in the hospital with broken legs....That truck better still be there when i come to get it....Don't need not stinkin Mud Slides....
