I am considering ordering the K&N intake system for my SRTC. Has anyone proven with dyno numbers that it is worth while? Has there been a thread on this already?

My car felt slower after the K&N install.

Congrats on the coupe.
I believe the K&Ns add about 10-12 rwhp. When I first installed mine on my roadster, I actually lost horsepower because one of the holes was not as large as the stock one.
Once I drilled it out, I noticed faster response and easier wheel spin.
I have not had it on a dyno yet.

What do you mean by this? What hole are you talking about? Thanks
Harsh reviews here!
Lots of threads on this. It has fallen out of favor lately. Mostly due to some quality control issues. Personally, the (S)eat(O)of(T)he(P)ants(F)eel - otherwise known as "Butt Dyno" returned improved results for me. My first gear WOT seemed to cause wheel spin easier on my favorite well traveled roadways. But many have reported immediate reduced power and feel.
I am getting ready to see my own real results in a couple of weeks when I return for my annual (same) dyno run.
No, you need to come to me as I believe that offering my car to potential customers to drive is enough and the right thing to do. Like I said before get ahold of Yelloh if you do not believe me.
