Looking for a 2000 STEEL GRAY GTS

Hello, I am new to the club and a first time viper buyer. I am looking for a 2000 STEEL GRAY GTS. It can be the ACR or regular GTS. I think this is the only year they made this color. If they made it in any other year that would work also. I found one back east but it has 30K miles. Should I be concerned with high mileage Vipers? Any help is appreciated. Thanks Jason

Please check out the classifieds - we have a club member here who is selling a steel grey 2000 with silver striped ACR. LOW Mileage, extended warranty, good upgrades / mods and very well taken care of. It's a very good deal at $54K. The car is all that its advertised to be - never hit / wrecked. Don stepped up to a Comp Coupe, so his ACR is taking up garage space. Or contact me for his info.

SOMEONE needs to buy this car - I can't believe it's still available.

They only made the steel Grey in 2000,
I looked for 6 months before I found mine. Only year and color I looked for.



2000 GTS
steel Grey no strips,
Baer 6 piston, Quaife dif.,short throw shifter,alloy fly wheel
I my never sell this car

the color is awesome but photos just doesnt do it justice.

I saw only 1 with stripes, in person and was seriously considering purchasing it.
it was at Daytona Dodge, Florida.
I was on vacation, the salesmen took me for a ride, and just beat the crap out of it.
so much for the 200 mile break in period. then darn near rearend a guy while on the ride.
took me back and said want it?? i was like..let me sleep on it.
Great color and if the guy didnt beat on it..i may have taken it...
but then I would have never caught yellow fever....
point of the story...see it in person ..it is just AWESOME!!!

Ouch! I'd hate to see my ACR go for so little. Luckily the spouse and I agree it's a keeper. I agree with having to see it in person. I liked it immediately when I saw it at the Detoit autoshow a yr or 2 prior to comong out. It was called gunmetal gray (appropriate for the motorcity) back then.

Bronco - Don't know if this helps but I think there is a new 2000 GTS in steel gray at Henrick
Dodge in Cary, North Carolina. Saw photo of car in early Sept. when I was searching on
Autotrader
