I know Tator's dodge has some blue Vipers for sale. Check the classified on this forum. I have bought two new cars from them.
Ask for Chuck he will take good care of you. They are in New York. If that doesn't work for you definately try Bill Pemberton at Woodhouse!

There are no all blue 1996 Vipers - they all had stripes.

You would have to send it to someone to get the stripes painted over, or the whole car painted.
