I have a 2000 GTS with B&B cat back.
I will be installing a VEC 1 this weekend.
What do you guys think?
Should I go with high flow cats or get rid of the cats all together and use Sims?
I also have S&B filters and smooth tubes. Everything else is stock.
Thanks guys.

You guys are so kind!
Spelling and typing have never been a strong point of mine.
Now is that better?

IMO, since you asked for it, go with the high flow cats. You'll get a louder, deeper exhaust note. No cats would be too loud for long cruises, IMO.

I don't post much here any more because of the opinions and lack of facts. But anyway, go cat-less. You will pick up 2 to 3 tenths just from that mod. I have proved it on three different GTS's. All of the Vipers ran high 11's with no cats, smooth tubes and a Vec 1. Also, my MPH in the quarter was always 120+
