I was installing a remote radar/laser detector this weekend and when I was removing various interior panels, I found 6 fasteners totally loose. Some were just lose, some were backed off an 1/8" or so. 2 were the latch for the folded top, 2 were for the door thresh hold panel and 2 on trim pieces. I was running the wires on the drivers side, so I decided to remove the same panels on the passenger side to see if any of those were lose, but they were not. Anyone else have an experience like this?

I noticed a few on the front fenders during a pre-purchase insepction. I've only had the car for a few days.... so I suspect I may find a few more. RSI thought mine were loose from the headligth flicker recall work.

My GTS had loose screws holding the driver's door liner on, and also loose ones holding the trim around the trunk area. Nature of the beast?
