lower the car question??

I have been reviewing different 20" rear / 19" front wheel combo's. I addition to the new wheels, I would like to lower the car. Has anyone lowered their car with: "Low-profile spring caps" they are sold at the Parts Rack. If so do you have any pics? just curious if you can notice the difference.
