We just ordered our 2008 Viper and would like to get a Viper magazine. Does the magazine come with joining the VCA? Are there other Viper magazines? I looked at the VCA web site and couldn't find the answer. Thanks.
Maybe a dumb question about magazines.

Yes, my understanding is that you receive the Viper magazine when you pay your annual dues. It may also be possible to contact Viper headquarters to order back issues. Does someone have that number?

Yes, you get the Viper magazine when you join the VCA. I believe its published quarterly. You can also contact the VCA and order back issues.
Then alot of the regions have their own magazine. Im part of the Norcal region and our president puts out a monthly mag called Snake eyes. Its more about our area and events,but i know some people from other staes order a copy as well. Both are very nice magazines.

They may not be able to get you "hooked up" until your purchase is final. ( My guess would be you may have to wait ) If they can't then just get on the Viper Magazine Website or possibly check with Barnes & Noble or Borders Books to pick up the magazine for the time being.
The first year of your VCA Membership is paid for by Dodge, as long as the dealer sends in the paperwork.
Can't wait to see some 08's on the road. Congrats and Welcome.

Give me a shout on my cell tommorow. I will try and talk to Viper HQ tommorow and see if we can get a subscription for you started. Otherwise you will have to wait for your car to be delivered and the vin forwarded from the dealer to Viper HQ for your membership benefits to start, and that sometimes takes a great deal of time as it goes to a third party to be processed. The dealer cannot be of any help with any of this, he is at the mercy of the third party as well. Also interested in where you ordered as there are new rules this year for dealers, not all will be able to get Vipers, but many are blindly taking orders anyway, we may be able to check that out as well to make sure your dealer has allocation. I can also fill you in on color sequencing as to build date and some options that may slow your car up, my bet is your dealer probably told you little regarding these facts.

I 'll second the comment about the Norcal Snake Eyes magazine; very high quality and much of the content is national, not just regional in scope.
