I'm not sure if this violates any forum rules...let hope not.

I am not a vendor, but an owner of a TT GTS that finds himself in need of a good clutch (greater than 1000rwhp capacity). Therefore I am attempting to put together a group purchase for a :

Twin Disk Mcleod Clutch (good for 1,000-1500hp).
MIBA
Steel Flywheel
Jobber Price: $1,950+shipping

This is supposed to be the best clutch for high hp applications: good street manners, will hold the power and best of all is rebuildable for a reasonable cost with quick turnaround. I have had Mcleod’s on three different high hp vehicles and I can say that they have held when many others have not.

I will have the exact details later tonight. It looks like we can get a pretty sizeable discount (15-25% off of jobber) if we can get enough people. If you would like to put your name on the list of potential buyers (please no tire kickers), please post on this thread and pm me. I’ll give it a week to see what kind of interest we can generate.

1.) Earl Harris
2.) Carl B
3.) Joe Dell (Maybe)

If this works out, I will have a NIB Centerforce Clutch for sale along with aluminum flywheel.

I've used Mcleod several times in the past, and I have recommended it as well to many people who in turn bought it.

It is an excellent clutch, at a reasonable price. Whenever the time comes to switch I will not look anywhere else. I recommend it 100%
