Member needs help looking at a 96 Pace Truck in Concord NC.

Hello,

I am looking at a 1996 Dodge Pace Truck located in Concord NC. The truck is located at Plotts used cars in Concord.
If any one is near by and can to take a look at it for me that would be awesome . Also if any one is a expert in these things can look at the Vin 1B7HC16Z0TS699306 and see if it is a real Pace Truck or lead me in the right direction. I always wanted one and this one seems like a ok deal.Below is the auto trader link.
