Black Friday im making a left on 273 in Newark, DE and a **** Black RT/10 comes pulling out of the toyota dealership. The highlight of my weekend!!

and
What were you doing at a toyota dealership?

I would have slowed down to say whats up but my fiance was in a hurry to get to the doorbuster sales

Wondering if it might have been someone pulling out of Price Toyota? It may have been someone from the dealership taking one home or perhaps a test drive?

and i dont think it had dealer tags since it was a vanity tag, i dont remember for sure but i think it might have been GOTCHA.

You didn't specify which Toyota dealership and I do not know the roads out in Delaware. Additional information throws my theory out the window.
