I have noticed lately that when I post a response to a thread... it takes quite some time before it shows up? Why is that?

I noticed that for mine as well! Sometimes it takes a day for it to register on some of my recent posts. Sometimes not!

I find if you refresh the page, it won't act up as much. It's especially annoying with *** as it stays red like you haven't viewed it yet, although I just looked at it.

Same here. However, I can see my posts right away if I go to the trouble of logging off, deleting all temporary files & cookies, log back on, and there is my latest post. Logging off, then back on alone does not work for me.

It seems to be the way the forum (sometimes) works. It's like there is some sort of caching going on in the forums, and I'm trying to discover where it's happening at. I actually believe it's tied into the trouble some folks are having with logging in...
