I am going to take my car in to have it checked over.
It is a 94. I have extended the extended warranty, and it will end in mid November (car is almost 11 years old - build Oct 3 93).
Anyway, I was going to have the compression checked, have the cooling system pressure tested. Head gaskets were replaced about 2 years ago.
Any other suggestions (besides buying a newer, better, faster, etc..)

I would have him check everything for leaks. Check suspension/bearings for wear. I don't know that the compression check is worth anything if your warranty reads like mine. "Repairs of valves and/or rings to correct low compression and/or oil consumption are considered normal wear and are not covered" Nice exclusion there. Motor can be blowing smoke like a Lawnboy and not be covered.
